Fjord V is dedicated to fostering sustainable businesses. In magnificent fjord and mountain surroundings on the West Coast of Norway we are at the beginning of creating businesses inspired by sustainable travel. We aim to create an innovative content production business as part of this endeavor.
Job Title
Entrepreneur-Content Production
This position is unique, innovative, and forward-looking. Applicants will actively participate in shaping the role. The job description is flexible and should be understood as less fixed than for traditional roles.
Location
Base: Ytterli Farm, Fjørå, Norway (in one of Norway's most beautiful natural landscapes)
Projects over a wide geographic area. Alternative primary locations can be considered.
Vision
Creating high quality content including written, visual, audio, and interactive; inspired by sustainable travel. The focus can include nature, culture, architecture, food, history, education, and knowledge dissemination.
Position
Shape and realize the vision. We have intentionally left the vision broad; a narrowing of the scope is expected in dialogue with potential candidates. You will tackle the challenge with the freedom to shape approaches and solutions. Varied tasks that evolve over time. An active role in travel and other related businesses.
We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset who has the motivation and potential to realize the concept. You have a sustainable vision for the concept that you believe in, can communicate, and wish to implement.
Possible Responsibilities
(Will be adapted in dialogue with the applicant)
- Develop content production business.
- Identify, create, and manage relationships with partners.
- Hands-on approach in creating, editing, managing, publishing, and distributing content.
- Identify and attract clients.
- Facilitate the creation of a new company.
- Active participation in travel business and other related businesses.
Desired Qualifications and Personal Characteristics

- Ability to set goals, produce results, and overcome challenges.
- Ideas for a more focused vision, and belief in its realizability.
- Creativity, resilience, self-discipline, strong thinking and problem solving abilities, the capacity for self-directed learning, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills.
- Writing, editing, graphic design, photography, video and audio production, web development, digital marketing, and content management qualifications will all be considered depending on final scope.
- IT skills and use of AI tools (the philosophy behind this will be further explained).
- All necessary qualifications to meet the responsibilities of the agreed-upon scope.
