Department Manager, Offshore Solutions

Are you an experienced leader in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, ready to drive technical excellence and innovation in the Offshore energy sector? Emerging Markets & Systems is seeking a proactive Department Manager to lead our Offshore Solutions Team within the Offshore Production Systems Business Unit.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Offshore Solutions Team, ensuring skills development and motivation.
- Develop technical proposals, studies, and manage LCM opportunities.
- Strong stakeholder Management between Business Units in Automation & Control
- Execute department strategy and contribute to OPS strategic initiatives.
- Manage digitalization initiatives, Tools, and V-cloud solution.
- Proven experience in Industrial Automation and Control Systems, especially in O&G projects.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in project and team management.
- Experience in Systems Engineering and early-phase project work.
- Proactive and systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Familiar with IEC 62443 OT Cybersecurity standards.
