Industrial Cybersecurity Expert

You will be part of the Industrial Cybersecurity core team in EAD, supporting projects across functions and regions, with high focus on implementing ICS into products, solutions, and service offerings. You will be working in close collaboration with product management, sales operations, customer projects and lifecycle management.
Our core team is distributed between Norway, Brazil and Germany; therefore, you will be part of an exciting, agile and multicultural work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
You will be able to support the Industrial Cybersecurity Officer (ICSO) for Manufacturing and Operations of SE TI EAD in standardizing and realigning product development with regional and global cybersecurity standards.
- Support in the implementation of Siemens Energy - OT Standard in the OT environment of the manufacturing site in Trondheim.
- Support lifecycle development of UPS technology, extending support to project execution when required.
- Coordinate and execute business unit incident and vulnerability handling activities and processes.
- Actively participate and engage in the business unit ICS network and community.
Your profile
- You hold a B.Sc./M.Sc./Ph.D. in computer science, cybersecurity, cybernetics, electronics, or related field.
- You have extensive knowledge of industrial control systems, IT/OT architectures, network engineering and communication protocols.
- You have good knowledge of embedded systems and real-time control systems.
- You have adequate programming skills related to embedded systems (i.e., C, C++) and scripts (i.e., python, bash scripting)
- You hold a general understanding and knowledge of electrical systems. Any acquaintance with UPS systems is an advantage.
- You have significant experience in engineering and project execution. You are proactive, practical and have major problem-solving skills.
- Experience with SIMATIC PLCs and RVA documentation is a plus.
- Any certification in the field of cybersecurity e.g. GSEC, CISSP, CISM, GICSP or similar is an advantage.
- Any experience with security standards and / or classification society rules such as IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, DNV rules and UREs, is an advantage.
- Fluent in English written and oral, Norwegian is a plus.
