Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Agent

At Recharge, the Customer Service Agent (CSA) plays a support role in implementing standards and processes involved with the support of our customer’s needs. The CSA maintains documentation such as correspondence and operational records and communicates promotional offers to customers. To ensure success, the CSA needs to employ prudence and tact in interacting with others and be focused on customer retention. CSA is able to perform to a high level of accuracy and is meticulous and organised. This position can work remotely.
Key responsibilities and Duties
- Investigate and solve customer’s feedback and complaints.
- Maintain proficiency with all tools used in all customer service interactions, such as Podio, ERPNext, Zendesk CRM, DHL, Woo Commerce, etc.
- Maintain proficient with company policies, warranty, and shipping procedures
- Monitor and authenticate returns, exchanges, and voids.
- Assist with the development and implementation of service policies, and explaining these to staff and customers.
- Maintain documentation pertaining to customer service department activities.
- Effectively address the importance of keeping clients happy.
- High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar position.
- Fluency in Norwegian is required.
- Available to work shifts.
- Ability to receive constructive criticism from teammates and management and use it to improve.
- Ability to become proficient in customer service knowledge and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Proficient standard office equipment skills.
- Outstanding Norwegian & English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong inter-relational skills.
- Excellent phone and email etiquette.
- Good organisational skills.

Pay: From 100.00kr per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
