Job Purpose
For our Controls & Automation team in Kongsberg we are looking for motivated individuals to join our diverse family of highly competent engineers.
In Controls & Automation we execute subsea control system project deliveries, including design, engineering, fabrication, and system integration. We provide innovative technology to simplify user interface, creating an integrated solution managed by a team of experts.
Job Description
- Be responsible for engineering of the Subsea Control Unit (SCU), which enables control and monitoring of the subsea field equipment
- Take charge of the technical scope during project execution, including sub-supplier deliveries
- Follow up with both internal and external testing
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary project team
- Participate in reviews and workshops
- Some travel to be expected
You are meant for this job if you
- Have a Master or Bachelor degree, or other relevant education, within Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Control Systems, Automation Engineering, Information Technology, or similar.
- Are solution oriented and structured to solve complex challenges
- Have relation building abilities and work well in a team-oriented environment
- Have excellent command of English, both written and oral
