Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer to join our team at Skøyen in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate has an in-depth knowledge of AWS primarily involving IOT services, Terraform, Ansible, python and networking concepts/protocols. This involves implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops.
As a Senior Dev Ops Engineer, you will:
- Develop, manage, and optimize our CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and efficient deployments.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS primarily involving IOT services.
- Optimize infrastructure and streamline deployment processes to enhance system reliability.
- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and configuration with Ansible.
- Extensive knowledge of networking is needed. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network-related issues
- Containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops
- Collaborating with development/QA teams, deployment engineers to ensure seamless releases. Working experience on platforms with strict security requirements.
- Proven experience as a Senior Dev Ops Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services mostly IOT and other best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Extensive experience with Terraform and ansible for automation.
- Advanced knowledge of Docker. Kubernetes is a plus.
- Solid foundation within Linux.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Passion for Dev Ops practices, automation and a track record of building robust, scalable infrastructure.
