We are looking for a Technical Solutions Architect in Norway with experience in Dev Ops practices and tools, to shape innovative solutions for our emergency services and transport! Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions tailored to meet the needs of emergency services and transport sectors
• Implementation Oversight: Provide technical leadership to development teams, ensuring solutions are implemented according to design specifications and quality standards

• Integration: Work closely with other architects, team leads and Dev Ops to design and implement integrations and security principles at a solution and application level
• Security and Compliance: Ensure solutions comply with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Identify and mitigate security risks. The solution architect will also collaborate with our customers and their technicians to continuously make sure our applications are secure and reliable
• Performance and Scalability: Design scalable solutions that perform efficiently. Conduct performance testing and optimization
• Documentation and Training: Create comprehensive documentation, including architectural diagrams, design documents, and user guides. Provide training and support developers and other stake holders on security principles etc.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Background as a developer and/or security engineer
• Strong documentations skills both for documenting security discissions and integrations
• Knowledge and experience with Scrum and Dev Ops practices and tools a must
• Strong understanding of architecture frameworks and security standards
• Understanding of following Technologies and Frameworks: Microsoft SQL Server, .NET 8, Blazor, WPF
• Excellent communication skills in English and B1+ level Norwegian required
• Experience leading teams and driving projects to successful completion
• Previous experience working within the health sector in Norway will be added advantage
