Da Winci powered by Quorum is a Logistics Management application that changes perspectives on logistics in the global energy industry by integrating the end-to-end logistics supply chains for Personnel and Cargo in a tool built to facilitate safe, efficient, and collaborative logistics. As part of the Da Winci-team you will work out of our office located in Bergen, your colleagues will be a global team of experts both with respect to technology and the business we support, and most importantly; you will have the chance to be yourself in a social and passionate environment!

Overview

As a Support Consultant on our team, you will be a trusted partner, assisting our global and local customers when they encounter challenges with our Da Winci application. You will classify and categorize reported issues, then work closely with our Product and Professional services teams to find and implement solutions for our customers.


Responsibilities
  • Customer communication through our support portal
  • Adhere to contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
    • Time to First Response
    • Time to Resolution
  • Categorize Customer reported incidents
  • Determine Criticality based on standard criteria
  • Verify Bug in the Application
  • Act as focal point towards the Product and Professional services organization
  • Advice on system usage, improvements, and opportunities in close relations with customer
  • On-call opportunities
  • And other duties as assigned



Requirements
  • Passionate

  • Service-oriented
  • Team-work abilities, but with an ability to make individual decisions
  • Preferably Higher education
  • Fluent in both English and Norwegian (written and verbal)
  • Organized
  • Problem-solving skills and critical thinking
  • High sense of ownership
Note: Da Winci knowledge is not a requirement
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Customer Support
  • Comfortable with a fast passed global and technological environment
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills, able to establish good relations with colleagues in the company and different levels within the customers' organization.
  • Digital literacy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, able to build good relationships with colleagues and various levels within customer organizations
  • Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems


Additional Details

  • Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in Norway is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position.
