As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and selecting future Super Officers. You’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partner with hiring managers around Europe, source top talent, and ensure a super candidate experience.

Your role


At Super Office, you’ll be busy…

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and drive effective recruitment processes
• Creating and posting job ads on various platforms
• Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels
• Screenings and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and fit
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews and other selection activities
• Conducting reference checks and ordering background screenings
• Managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring a super candidate experience
• Making sure we get the most out of our applicant tracking system (Teamtailor)
• Analyzing data and sharing insights related to our talent acquisition activities
• Staying up to date on trends and best practices within talent acquisition
• Leading our talent acquisition strategies including diversity and inclusion initiatives, employer branding, and recruitment process innovation

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in English
• 3-5 years of experience within talent acquisition, especially within tech and sales
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices
• Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with top talent
• Excellent assessment abilities to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, Teamtailor experience is a plus
• A curious, innovative mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
