Om rollen
I Tietoevry Care Velferd sin leveranseavdeling leverer vi tjenester innenfor support, fagdomene- og tekniske leveranser til norske kommuner.
Som teknisk spesialist vil du ha ansvar for tekniske leveranser, som applikasjonsoppgraderinger, modulleveranser, rådgivning m.m. Du vil være ansvarlig for leveransen i sin helhet, fra oppstart til ferdigstillelse av oppdraget. Stillingen innebærer mye kundedialog, og du må være komfortabel med å arrangere, lede og delta i ulike kundemøter og du vil jobbe tett med domeneeksperter og utviklingsressurser. Du vil bidra til å lage og vedlikeholde tekniske sjekklister, samt ulike typer teknisk dokumentasjon.
I tillegg til primæroppgavene som teknisk spesialist vil du bidra til vår kundesupport. Det forventes at du tar en aktiv rolle i å sikre at vår kundestøtte holder høy kvalitet. Du må like å snakke med kunder og være flink til å sette deg inn i deres situasjon. Du kan håndtere mange ulike oppgaver samtidig, og du er flink til å prioritere. Gode skriftlige og muntlige kommunikasjonsevner er et krav.
Vårt marked og våre tjenesteleveranser er i kontinuerlig endring. De som jobber i vårt team må forstå behovet for slike endringer, og være åpne for at dette er en del av hverdagen vår og en forutsetning for å lykkes.
Vi ser etter noen med erfaring eller kunnskap innen disse områdene:
  • Microsoft SQL server
  • Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS etc
  • Microsoft Powershell
  • Internet Information Server og webteknologi
  • Nettverk og brannmur

Du må beherske norsk flytende, både skriftlig og muntlig.

Det vil være gunstig om du også:
  • Har erfaring og kunnskap innen Microsoft Azure-teknologi
  • Ha kunnskap om IT-systemer i velferdssektoren/offentlig sektor
  • Erfaring med teknisk prosjektledelse

For å lykkes i denne rollen må du trives med problemløsning og å jobbe tett med kunder. Du må være strukturert og ha gode kommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner.
Vi er i ferd med å migrere løsningene våre til en Azure Cloud-plattform og vil i en periode håndtere både Cloud og lokale on-premise installasjoner. Azure-erfaring er ikke et krav, men vil telle positivt i vår vurdering av kandidater.
Arbeidssted er vårt kontor i Ski. Vi holder til på Drømtorp industriområde, Glynitveien 25, 1440 Ski. Vi har gratis parkeringsplasser for ansatte, og det er mulig å abonnere på elbillading. I tillegg har vi en koselig restaurant og gratis treningsrom.

About the role
In the Welfare Norway Product Services team we provide support, domain- and technical expertise to Norwegian municipalities.
As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for technical deliveries such as application upgrades, module deliveries, consultancy etc. You are responsible for the delivery in its entirety, from start to completion of the assignment. The position involves a lot of customer dialogue, and you must be comfortable arranging, leading and participating in various customer meetings and you will work closely with domain experts and development resources. You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical checklists, as well as different types of technical documentation.
In addition to the primary tasks as a technical specialist, you will contribute to our customer support. You are expected to take an active role in ensuring that our customer support maintains high quality. You must enjoy talking to customers and be good at putting yourself in their situation. You can handle many different tasks at the same time, and you are good at prioritizing. Good written and oral communication skills are a requirement.
Our market and our service deliveries are in continuous change. Those who work for us must understand the need for such changes and be open to the fact that this is part of our everyday life and a prerequisite for success.
We are looking for someone with experience or knowledge in these areas:
  • Microsoft SQL
  • Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS etc
  • Microsoft Powershell
  • Internet Information Server and web technology
  • Fluency in Norwegian, both written and oral
It would be beneficial if you also
  • Heave experience and knowledge in Microsoft Azure technology
  • Have knowledge of IT systems in the welfare sector/public sector
To thrive in this role, you need to enjoy in problem solving and working closely with customers. You will need to be structured, have good communication- and collaboration skills and with preferrable previous experience with project management.
We are in the process of migrating our solutions to an Azure Cloud platform and will for a period handle both Cloud and on-premises installations. Azure experience is not a requirement but will count positively in our assessment of candidates.
Place of work is our office in Ski. We are based at Drømtorp industrial area, Glynitveien 25, 1440 Ski. We have free parking spaces for employees, and it is possible to subscribe to electric car charging. In addition, we have a cozy in-house restaurant and free gym.
