As a Vestas Warehouse Coordinator, you'll be part of the growing push towards a greener future. As a central part of the Norwegian main warehouse, you'll be responsible for sending out parts to cover the 29 Wind parks in Norway that facilitate almost 600 wind turbines. The job gives you ample room for growth and a personal ability to improve your own working conditions in the young warehouse. You'll be part of a close, motivated team.
- Working safely and ensuring a safe working environment for others
- Receive, process and put-away all inbound shipments + Order Pick, Pack and Ship
- Update and maintain the integrity of the SAP MRP Stock Control System
- Booking transport collections
- Raising Dangerous Goods Notes for the Transportation of COSHH materials
- Periodic Cycle Counting, annual Stocktaking and Waste Management activities
- Experience in warehousing
- Certificate of Reach and Counterbalance Forklift competency
- IT Literate, email, Word & Excel
- Fluent English, written and speaking
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Working Knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods
- Health & Safety accreditation, such as IOSH
- Strong Team Player who is motivated and energetic
- Methodical and structured approach to working practices
- Good Communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet operational deadlines
- Problem solving mindset
- Flexible approach

Your primary work location will be Monstad, Åfjord NO. It is a permanent position and Vestas will provide housing in the city. You should expect some travel activity, up 10 days per year.
