• Register and follow-up all warranty issues
• Update all proceedings and execution on warranty issues
• Report relevant cases for continuous improvement
• Managing outsourcing of work, follow-up and coordinate warranty cases
• Make purchases and posting of invoices for warranty projects
• Customer relationship management

• Relevant higher education within ships systems
• Background from Yard or Maritime operations as Engineer or similar
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and experience related to the accountability and tasks
• Good knowledge of English, oral and written
• Good cultural understanding
