The Life Cycle segment takes care of energy assets in a Life Cycle perspective. From the start to end of production, Life Cycle ensure safe operations. If you are a graduate 2025, you will be a part of Aker Solutions graduate program 2025. This will give you the opportunity to build a professional network, meet fellow graduates from various locations, and visit our headquarters as well as one of our yards.

• Work alongside a dedicated team within the SIT & CSNE Mid-Norway department.
• Learn and apply industry-leading methods and standards as you progress in your role.
• Develop proficiency in using NORSOK Standards and gain in-depth knowledge of ATEX/NEK420 requirements.
• Build expertise in industrial network design and communication systems, including fiber optics, network cabling, radio, alarms, navigation, surveillance, and security systems.
• Be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering excellence.
• Gain valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Training and Development:

• Comprehensive on the job training will be provided to support your growth.
• You'll be paired with a mentor who will guide you as you develop your skills and knowledge.

• Student graduating in 2025 or recent years.
• Area of study relevant to the role you are applying for.
