Position: Civil Engineer
Job Description -
Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
Perform structural design and produce construction documents for Buildings and infrastructure facilities. Attend meeting with client, contractor and other authorities as and when necessary.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Developing Preliminary and detailed design and calculations
Doing feasibility assessments and site inspections as and when necessary.
Liaising with clients and other professional consultants, contractors and subcontractors.
Visit Municipality or other statutory bodies to ensure compliance with government regulations.
Visit potential client including Government and private offices for Business development efforts
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
Experience in structural engineering design for reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and wood structures.
Extensive experience with US/British/EN Design Codes and Standards (ASCE, ACI, AISC, UBC etc.).
Basic architectural knowledge for building redesigns and remodeling.
Proficiency in STAADPro and working knowledge of Auto CAD or other drafting software.
Strong technical and engineering design skills in a design office environment.
Professional Engineering Registration/License from the OSE is a plus but not mandatory
