Summary

The F&B Reservations Assistant is responsible for managing reservations for the Food & Beverage outlets of the resort. The role involves providing excellent customer service, efficiently handling guest inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and memorable dining experience for all guests. The assistant will work closely with the F&B team to optimize the booking process and support the overall operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Handle all incoming reservations inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Accurately record and confirm reservations, ensuring all guest requests and preferences are noted.
Coordinate with the F&B outlets to optimize seating and booking capacities.
Provide professional and courteous service to guests at all times.
Assist guests with information about the outlets, special events, and promotions.
Handle any guest complaints or issues related to reservations, escalating as necessary
Maintain accurate records of reservations using the property management and reservation systems.
Update guest profiles and preferences to enhance the personalized guest experience.
Prepare daily reports on reservations and occupancy levels for the F&B team.
Work closely with F&B teams to ensure special requests, dietary requirements, and guest preferences are communicated effectively.
Liaise with other departments, such as Front Office and Sales, to support guest needs and special arrangements.
Identify opportunities to upsell dining experiences, special events, and promotions to maximize revenue.
Assist in driving outlet revenue through effective reservation management and guest communication

Requirements

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
Previous experience in reservations or a customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
