Head of Asset Integrity Services

- Working knowledge of MCE, D&D, E&I and extensive experience in monitoring and inspection programs at RPI assets (piping, vessels, tanks, and other components).
- Manages, plans & organizes Asset Integrity activities at RPI Plants/ areas under VP TSD scope's, acting as single point of accountability and Co E for Asset Integrity standards, for Inspections, Material & Corrosion and Pd.M. at RPI plants, (Suhar Refinery, Aromatics, Polymer, Olefin Cracker, NGLE, MAF, Utilities).
- Overseeing and developing Inspection Services that ensures mechanical availability, integrity and safety of static equipment & piping in RPI facilities.
- acts as cross-functional role, providing functional support to RPI Assets; in order to ensure RPI assets are running with greater operational efficiently, profitability, sustainability and cost-effectively while maximizing the life of the equipment, maintaining the highest levels of safety and environmental compliance and minimizing downtime and maintenance costs.
- Develop and execute the Asset Integrity Services long-term strategic plan in alignment with the function and organisation strategies.
- Develop Asset Integrity Services business plans to ensure its ability to perform its function effectively and efficiently is maintained.
- Monitor the Asset Integrity Services financial performance (OPEX and CAPEX) against the approved budget to ensure alignment with set budget guidelines, identify areas of unsatisfactory performance, and recommend performance improvement opportunities.
