> Providing multidisciplinary Engineering baseline schedule for Design projects using advanced planning tool Primavera P6.
> Preparation/Revision of document control register (DCR) for monitoring the Project and the Deliverables status as on date.
> Preparation of project “S” curve based on the weightages assigned for each deliverables and activities.
> Periodic updating (Planned vs. Actual) of overall project schedule, ‘S’ curve
> Providing inputs for preparation of weekly reports, monthly progress reports and Analysis Report (Internal Management
> Project planning: Preparing ‘overall project schedule’ at various levels from summary level (L0) to detailed activity level (L5), Document Control Progress Register’s’ curves, Weight factors, reports etc
> Monitoring: Setting quarterly /monthly / weekly / Daily Targets for Engineering Deliverables & Non-Deliverables using Look-ahead schedule. Monitoring/ analyzing daily and weekly progress against the planned.
