Position Summary:
The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Elite Catering's multiple F&B units. The role involves working closely with other managers and the owners in planning, directing, and coordinating restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery, optimal financial performance, and a high-quality customer experience across all locations. The position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in restaurant management, a deep understanding of the F&B industry, and a passion for excellence in service.

Position Summary:
The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of Elite Catering's multiple F&B units. The role involves working closely with other managers and the owners in planning, directing, and coordinating restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery, optimal financial performance, and a high-quality customer experience across all locations. The position requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in restaurant management, a deep understanding of the F&B industry, and a passion for excellence in service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily operations across all F&B units to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency.
- Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking, to maintain optimal levels while minimizing waste.
- Ensure all units are fully operational during business hours and adequately staffed.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor financial performance of each unit, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Analyze sales and revenue reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Manage vendor relationships to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of restaurant managers, chefs, and support staff to achieve company objectives.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement training and development programs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional growth.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure exceptional customer service across all units, addressing customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance the customer experience and build brand loyalty.
- Oversee the design and execution of special events, promotions, and marketing activities.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the General Manager and owners to develop and execute long-term strategies for growth and expansion.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Play a key role in new unit openings, from concept development to operational launch.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a senior operations role.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent financial acumen and experience in budget management.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, front-of-house operations, and customer service.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
