We are seeking a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist to join our team in Muscat. The Social Media Specialist will manage social media marketing campaigns, create engaging content, develop content strategies, optimize social media platforms, and write compelling copy.
Qualifications:
- Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
- Residency in Oman required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager
- Proven work experience in content management
- Social Media Marketing and Communication skills
- Experience in developing content strategies
- Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Excellent copywriting skills in both English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Familiarity with photography, videography, and editing
- Familiarity with Facebook Studio and project management apps
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Experience in the business industry is a plus
- Manage social media marketing campaigns
- Create and curate engaging content
- Develop and implement content strategies
- Optimize social media platforms
- Write compelling copy in both English and Arabic
- Conduct weekly visits to venues
- Organize and plan monthly social media activities
- Deliver creative content across various media
- Utilize online marketing channels effectively
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO200.000 - RO450.000 per month
