Hiring for a reputed Medical Center in Oman for the role of Staff Nurse,
The role and responsibilities are of a nurse:
1. Patient Care: Providing direct patient care, including assessing patient needs, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities such as bathing and dressing.
2. Treatment Planning: Collaborating with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans, including coordinating with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Patient Education: Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and self-care practices to promote health and wellness.
4. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided, and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
5. Communication: Communicating effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure continuity of care and promote positive patient outcomes.
6. Advocacy: Advocating for patients' rights, preferences, and needs within the healthcare system to ensure they receive high-quality, compassionate care.
7. Emergency Response: Responding to medical emergencies, providing first aid, and initiating life-saving interventions as needed.
8. Teamwork: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care and support a positive work environment.
9. Professional Development: Engaging in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices, advancements in healthcare technology, and changes in healthcare policies and regulations.
10. Compassion and Empathy: Demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect for patients and their families during challenging times, and providing emotional support as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RO300.000 - RO425.000 per month
