Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SYNCHRO 4D-Expert to join our dynamic team for a contract period of 6 to 12 months. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in using SYNCHRO 4D software, with a strong background in managing and executing complex construction projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:

• SYNCHRO 4D Project Management: Manage and oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects using SYNCHRO 4D software.
• Modeling and Simulation: Develop and manage 4D models to simulate construction processes, optimize workflows, and enhance project visualization.
• Coordination: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless integration of 4D models into the overall project plan.
• Data Management: Maintain and update 4D models with real-time data, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project timelines and objectives.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports and presentations on project progress, highlighting key milestones, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to team members on SYNCHRO 4D software, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SYNCHRO 4D projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SYNCHRO 4D, with a deep understanding of 4D modeling, simulation, and construction project management.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a diverse audience.
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve issues, manage conflicts, and drive projects to successful completion.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with other project management tools and software (e.g., Auto CAD, Revit) is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite as required.
