Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking to hire an Accounting Assistant in our team.
The candida will be enthusiastic, a self-starter, and motivated. This position will provide diversified skills by supporting various processes within the Accounting Department. Accounting Assistant role will consist of basic finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing functions, and general clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable
• Process and enter vendor invoices/credits, and other various supporting documentation
• Generate payments
• Accounts Receivable
• Process & enter customer payments (cash, checks, credit card batch transactions, credit card payments over the phone, ACH, Wire, etc.), and various transactions
• Process delivery documents, customer invoices & credits
• Reports, research, and discrepancy resolution
• Data entry
• Answer phone calls from customers, vendors, & team members
• Assists with Procurement
• Other duties as and when required

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
• Excellent attitude and enthusiasm
