Job Title: Sales, Leadership, and Professional Skills Intern (Unpaid)
Location: KARACHI
Duration: [3-6 months]

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain practical experience in sales, leadership, and business development. The intern will work closely with our sales and management teams, contributing to various initiatives while developing key professional skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Support:
  • Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to observe and learn sales techniques.
  • Help track sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Leadership Development:
  • Collaborate with team leaders on project planning and execution.
  • Take part in leadership meetings and strategy sessions to understand decision-making processes.
  • Work on team-based projects to develop leadership and management skills.
  • Business Development:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Professional Skills Enhancement:
  • Gain hands-on experience with tools and platforms used in sales and marketing.
  • Improve communication and presentation skills through active participation in meetings and client interactions.
  • Learn time management, organization, and multitasking in a dynamic work environment.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the sales and management teams as needed.
  • Help organize and coordinate events, webinars, or client engagements.
  • Manage and update internal databases and documentation.
Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications).
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, leadership, or business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
