Position Overview:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with a strong command of basic English to join our team as Call Center Customer Service Representatives. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for freshers to kickstart their career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Call Center Agents

• Conduct outbound customer calls with professionalism.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records using the CRM system.
• Monitor and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build and nurture customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the team for best practices.
• Adhere to established sales processes and policies.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
• Adapt sales approaches to evolving customer needs.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to actively listen and understand customer needs.

Compensation:
Competitive Basic Salary + Generous Commission.
