Outwerk Solutions is actively seeking experienced and results-oriented Calling Agents to play a pivotal role in boosting our company's sales. As the voice representing our organization, the call center representative should exhibit exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: 50,000 PKR + Commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Quickly master and recall scripts for our services during calls.
  • Foster enduring customer relationships by exceeding expectations in customer engagement.
  • Proactively generate sales leads and adeptly manage the sales pipeline.
  • Discern customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the Call Center Industry is highly advantageous.
  • We also welcome fresh candidates with strong English speaking and listening skills.
  • Proficiency in phone and verbal communication, complemented by active listening.
  • Exceptional English communication skills and a talent for interpersonal interactions.
  • Demonstrated competitiveness and self-assuredness.
  • Self-motivated with a relentless commitment to achieving results.
