Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly experienced Channel and Alliance Partner Manager to join our team.
Channel and Alliance Partner Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing our partnership with Microsoft, Service Now, Palo Alto and other OEMs. You will manage different funding programs, ensure compliance for certifications and training tracks with OEMs, along with promotion of all new programs for partners internally in the company.
You will also work closely with the sales and marketing teams to leverage the OEMs' resources and support to generate leads, drive revenue, and increase customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at OEMs and act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related matters.
- Coordinate and execute joint business plans with OEMs to align on goals, strategies, and tactics.
- Manage and optimize the use of OEMs' funding programs, such as co-marketing, co-selling, incentives, rebates, etc.
- Ensure our compliance with OEMs' requirements for certifications, training, and competencies.
- Stay updated on OEMs' product roadmaps, new features, and competitive positioning.
- Educate and enable the internal sales and marketing teams on OEMs' value propositions, offerings, and programs.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for co-marketing, co-selling, and cross-selling with OEMs.
- Track and report on the performance and ROI of the partnership activities.
- Provide feedback and input to the OEMs on product enhancements, market trends, and customer needs.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise with the OEMs in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in channel and alliance management, preferably with technology vendors.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Service Now, Palo Alto, and other OEMs' products, programs, and ecosystems.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel as and when needed.
