Job Overview:
YS Consultant is seeking an experienced and proactive Community Manager with 2-3 years of experience to help grow and engage our online communities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with community engagement, content management, and social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or other similar platforms. You will play a key role in fostering community relationships, building engagement strategies, and ensuring that our brand voice is effectively communicated across various platforms.
Job Description:
· Managing Social Media:
- Use Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management tools to track performance and manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in the brand’s messaging, values, and tone across all social platforms.
· Engaging with the Community:
- Develop and execute strategies to engage with the community across platforms.
- Respond promptly to comments, inquiries, and feedback to ensure a positive and interactive community experience.
· Building Relationships:
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers, and followers.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and community leaders to amplify brand messaging.
· Analyzing Data:
- Analyze social media analytics, and customer data to optimize engagement strategies.
- Use insights from tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to adjust content and community management tactics to drive better results.
· Managing Projects:
- Oversee multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment and efficiency.
· Crisis Management:
- Handle crisis situations such as negative comments, inappropriate posts, or community conflicts with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Develop crisis management protocols to respond effectively to challenging situations.
· Experience with Tools:
- Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to streamline communication and community engagement efforts.
Education:
- Bachelors or Masterd from a reputed University
