Position Overview:
The Computer Operator will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining computer systems, performing data entry tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Excel, demonstrated by a relevant certification and at least two years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor computer systems and troubleshoot any technical issues.
• Perform data entry and maintain databases with high accuracy.
• Create, modify, and manage spreadsheets using advanced Excel functions
• Generate reports and analyze data to support business operations.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and processes.
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
• Assist in training staff on Excel best practices and other software applications as needed.
• Perform regular backups and system maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with a valid certification (e.g., Microsoft Office Specialist).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with other software applications and basic IT support is a plus.
