Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Analysis:
 Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, audience preferences, and content demand.
 Analyze competitor content strategies to identify gaps and opportunities for growth. 2. Content Sourcing & Management:
 Identify and establish relationships with content providers to build a diverse content portfolio.
 Manage the acquisition and integration of new content, ensuring alignment with emerging industry trends.
3. Copyright Compliance:
 Ensure all content complies with copyright laws and intellectual property rights
4. Linear Channel Management:
 Handle the scheduling, content delivery, and overall operation of linear channels on our platform.
 Plan and execute a programming schedule for each linear channel, considering time slots and genre preferences.
5. Content Calendar Management:
 Maintain and regularly update content calendars for sports, entertainment, and other genres.
 Develop and maintain a sports calendar for all events, assigning dates, times, and channels for streamlined workflow.
6. Team Collaboration:
 Collaborate with content creators, VOD departments, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive and diverse content mix.
7. Performance Monitoring:
 Monitor content performance using analytics tools and share insights with relevant teams.
 Regularly share updated content calendars on social media and other communication platforms.
Qualifications:
 Strong understanding of the media and entertainment industry, particularly in sports content.
 Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
 Proficiency in content management systems and analytics tools.
 Ability to adapt to emerging trends and new content formats.
 Strong communication and collaboration skills
