We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Content Team Lead to drive our content strategy and manage our team of writers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in e-commerce, excellent writing skills, and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality content for diverse audiences in the US and UAE markets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Content Development: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business goals, focusing on product content, blog posts, and web copy.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Write, edit, and optimize product descriptions, landing pages, and blog articles, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and optimized for SEO.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to inform content development and ensure relevance.
• Editorial Oversight: Oversee the content production process, ensuring that all materials meet quality standards and adhere to brand guidelines before publication.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to create integrated campaigns and ensure content aligns with overall brand messaging.
• Content Management: Utilize Content Management Systems (CMS) to organize, publish, and update content, ensuring it is accessible and optimized for users.
• Performance Monitoring: Track content performance metrics and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of content strategies, making recommendations for improvements.
• Content Guidelines & Standards: Develop and maintain content guidelines to ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
• Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for team members on best practices for content creation, SEO, and copywriting.
• Feedback Loop: Establish a process for gathering feedback from readers and stakeholders to continually improve content quality and relevance.
• Industry Trends & Innovations: Stay updated on content marketing trends, tools, and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of industry developments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce content creation or a related field.
• Exceptional English verbal and writing skills, with a strong portfolio of written work.
• Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles to suit different audiences.
• Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into accessible content.
