The Role:
As Creative Lead, you will be the visionary behind our brand’s creative direction, managing the aesthetic and narrative that brings together two distinct service areas—handyman services and beauty services—into a cohesive, compelling brand identity. You’ll lead a talented team of designers, copywriters, and digital marketers to deliver visually stunning and engaging content across all touchpoints, from marketing campaigns to digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy: Lead the development and execution of creative strategies that capture the essence of both handyman and beauty services, delivering a unified brand story across all customer touchpoints.
- Brand Development: Own the visual and tonal voice of the brand, ensuring consistency across all channels, including digital platforms, social media, advertisements, email marketing, and in-app content.
- Content Creation & Oversight: Direct the creative development of visual assets such as graphics, videos, website design, and more. Oversee the end-to-end process, from ideation to execution, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Cross-Industry Branding: Bridge the gap between two very different industries—home services and beauty—by creating a cohesive brand narrative that resonates with diverse audiences, reflecting both reliability and sophistication.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure creative initiatives align with business goals and customer needs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with trends in both the handyman and beauty industries, as well as general design and digital marketing trends, ensuring the brand stays relevant and engaging.
- Customer-Centric Design: Ensure that all creative assets cater to our target customers, delivering a user-centric experience that speaks to both the practical nature of our handyman services and the indulgent aspects of our beauty services.
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
