Minimum Master’s in Education, Educational Management, Curriculum Development, or a related field
Experience
- Conducting needs assessments to identify gaps in current educational materials
Developing engaging and age-appropriate teaching and learning materials
- Minimum 10 years of experience in curriculum development in given subjects (Environments for Living and Entrepreneurship), ensuring alignment with the National Curriculum and provincial SLOs.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in teaching the given subjects, developing teaching and learning materials, and teachers’ capacity building.
- Develop and implement curriculum strategies and initiatives that align with the National Curriculum of Pakistan and provincial SLOs.
- Oversee the subject specialists in the designing and creation of engaging and effective curriculum materials on Environments for Living and Entrepreneurship, including lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure that curriculum materials meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Research current educational trends and best practices to inform curriculum development.
- Evaluate and revise curriculum materials based on feedback from teachers, students, and administrators.
- Provide training and support to educators on the implementation of curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of curriculum initiatives.
Contract length: 7 months
