Position: Customer Service Representative
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative with a focus on Excellent English Communication Skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, driving sales, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
• Learn about our products, services, and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, cancellations, and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and logistics to coordinate customer requests and feedback.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer databases.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or relevant certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
