Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Support Officer to provide outstanding assistance to our customers. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while dealing with customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Assist in the development of FAQs and support documentation.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible availability
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
