We are seeking a talented individual to join our dynamic team as a Database Administrator/System Analyst/System Architect. Responsibilities:

• System Analysis & Design: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions by designing system architecture that aligns with company goals.
• System Integration: Lead the integration of software systems, ensuring compatibility, efficiency, and scalability.
• Technical Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems architecture, integration plans, and technical specifications.
• Problem Solving & Troubleshooting: Identify system issues, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities, providing solutions to improve overall system performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to ensure systems meet business objectives.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and tools, evaluating their potential for use within the company's infrastructure.
• Risk Management: Assess potential risks associated with system designs and propose mitigation strategies.
• System Upgrades & Maintenance: Oversee system updates, enhancements, and ensure smooth transitions with minimal downtime.
• Security: The ideal candidate will have expertise in access control, encryption and other security aspects.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, System Architect, or similar role in a company setting.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in system architecture design, enterprise software, and cloud-based technologies.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
• Tools & Technologies: Experience with different database management tools including (SSMS, Workbench, PGAdmin e.t.c.).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have:

• Certification in system architecture (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
• Experience with large-scale system implementation projects.
