Job Summary:
Perfex CRM is a customer relationship management software that helps businesses manage their leads, projects, invoices, and more. As a developer working with Perfex CRM, your tasks and responsibilities typically include:

• Customization and Configuration: Modify and customize Perfex CRM according to client or business requirements. This may involve adding custom fields, modules, or functionalities.
• Integration: Integrate Perfex CRM with other systems or applications such as payment gateways, email services, or third-party APIs.
• Bug Fixing and Maintenance: Identify and fix bugs or issues in the CRM system. Ensure the system is running smoothly and perform regular maintenance tasks.
• Upgrades and Updates: Implement updates and upgrades to the CRM software to ensure it remains secure and up-to-date with the latest features.
• Documentation: Document customizations, integrations, and configurations for future reference and maintenance purposes.
• Support: Provide technical support to users or clients who encounter issues with Perfex CRM. Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Testing: Conduct testing of new features, customizations, or integrations to ensure they work correctly and do not impact existing functionalities.
• Training: Occasionally, provide training to end-users or clients on how to use new features or customizations within Perfex CRM.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of Perfex CRM to ensure it operates efficiently, especially as data volume grows or user concurrency increases.
• Security: Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within Perfex CRM from unauthorized access or breaches.

These tasks require a solid understanding of PHP (since Perfex CRM is built on Code Igniter framework), My SQL, Java Script, and familiarity with web development principles. Effective communication skills and the ability to understand business processes are also crucial for successful implementation and support of Perfex CRM
