Job Summary:
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketer who is expert in planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In. You will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing brand visibility, and maximizing ROI through effective paid media strategies.
Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement comprehensive paid marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and Linked In.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize targeting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
• Campaign Execution & Management:
• Create, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and Linked In.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Implement A/B testing to continuously optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Optimization & Reporting:
• Utilize advanced analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance, including ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics and actionable recommendations.
• Budget Management:
• Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor spending and ensure campaigns are within budget while achieving desired results.
• Collaboration & Communication:
• Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing successful paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Linked In.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve positive ROAS and other key performance indicators.
• Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Linked In Campaign Manager.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
• Experience with other digital marketing platforms (e.g., Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest).
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
