We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Presence and Marketing Manager to join our team at HZA SYD. As the Digital Presence and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. If you have a passion for digital marketing, extensive knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and e-commerce platforms like Amazon, and a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns, we want to hear from you!
Timing: Monday - Saturday (4:00 AM to 1:00 PM) Morning Shift
Location: Remote
Experience: Minimum 3 years post qualification
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and Amazon.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant tools and platforms.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Manage the company's social media presence and create engaging and relevant content across platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Track and report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
• Develop and manage relationships with social media and ecommerce platforms.
• Community Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Digital Presence and Marketing Manager or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and Amazon.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon, and experience in driving sales through these platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to drive marketing decisions.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• A self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
