Our services are primarily conducted over the phone and include various tasks:

Carrier Acquisition: Develop relationships with potential carrier partners by identifying their needs and showcasing the benefits of working with your company.
Contract Negotiation: Secure profitable freight contracts by negotiating rates and terms that are beneficial for both your company and the carriers.
Load Matching: Match the right trucks with the right freight loads, considering factors like size, weight, and destination.
Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships with carriers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dispatch experience.
Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
