Our services are primarily conducted over the phone and include various tasks:

• Carrier Acquisition: Develop relationships with potential carrier partners by identifying their needs and showcasing the benefits of working with your company.
• Contract Negotiation: Secure profitable freight contracts by negotiating rates and terms that are beneficial for both your company and the carriers.
• Load Matching: Match the right trucks with the right freight loads, considering factors like size, weight, and destination.
• Customer Service: Maintain positive relationships with carriers by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth dispatch experience.
• Market Research: Stay informed about current market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
