Job Description:
Biztek Apps, a dynamic and forward-thinking company, is looking for a dedicated and professional Female Receptionist to join our team in Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our company and will be responsible for managing the front desk and performing various administrative tasks during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors and handle inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Communication: Answer and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication efficiently.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing documents, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Customer Service: Assist clients and visitors, providing them with the necessary information and guidance.
Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth operations during the shift.
Record Keeping: Maintain and update records, logs, and files accurately.
Computer Tasks: Utilize office software for various tasks, including data entry, report generation, and communication management.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including familiarity with office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and email management.
Personality Traits: Must be polite, professional, and able to work independently during night shifts.
