Female Sales Executive / Team Lead - Morning Shift

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive/ Team lead for Morning Shift to join our team. The Sales Executive/ Team lead will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new customers and the expansion of existing accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of the education industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our online courses and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the education or e-learning industry.
- Understanding of online education platforms and technologies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
