- Ensure that staff maintain proper hygiene standards at all times.
- Guarantee that the operations floor is appropriately staffed, with no vacant locations, and ensure all shifts are covered.
- Oversee the management of staff attendance, ensuring records are properly maintained.
- Ensure efficient coordination and scheduling of staff breaks to maintain optimal coverage on the floor.
- Provide coaching and identify training needs to enhance staff performance, ensuring all staff attend required training sessions.
- Ensure fair and equal treatment of all staff members, avoiding any favoritism.
- Ensure the operations floor assigned to the team is safe, clean, and well-prepared to offer a fun and family-friendly experience.
- Ensure that the floor is open to customers according to the designated schedule.
- Oversee day-to-day team operations and performance, ensuring all manual records such as Complimentary, Adjustment, Jackpot, Staff Break, and Daily Reports are accurately maintained.
- Guarantee that customers’ needs are met, ensuring customer satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a positive, approachable demeanor and be readily available to assist customers.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints according to company policy, including handling angry or upset customers.
- Follow company procedures for lost and found items, ensuring items left behind are handled properly.
- Motivate team members, fostering a positive working environment and ensuring the team operates cohesively.
- Listen to team members' feedback, addressing any issues or conflicts effectively and in a timely manner.
- Plan and organize team-building activities to enhance team morale and productivity.
- Coordinate with other shift team leaders to discuss operational activities and resolve any relevant issues for smoother transitions and efficient operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
- Experience in staff training, coaching, and development.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized with attention to detail, particularly in maintaining manual records.
- Consistently maintain a clean, safe, and family-friendly environment.
- Promote a positive and supportive team culture while ensuring operational efficiency.
- Be proactive in resolving staff and customer concerns, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
