Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Analyst to join our team.
This role will be responsible for providing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis for our account executives and management. Financial analyst will also support various projects and initiatives related to accounting, legal, and new entity creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and report on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and key performance indicators for the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital metrics, and account executive performance
• Update and maintain sales forecasting and commission calculations for each account executive and provide commission back-up to accounting for payment
• Analyze and report on actual and forecasted profitability for each account executive and team
• Prepare and update a full-year financial forecast for the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and working capital metrics and compare to the budget and prior year
• Assist in the preparation of the annual budget for the P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital metrics, and KPIs
• Perform ad hoc analysis and management consulting on various topics such as program performance, cost optimization, new entity creation, legal matters, and accounting issues
• Build and maintain financial models and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity and compliance with accounting standards and policies

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and modeling
• Proficient in Excel, Power Point, and financial software applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or consulting is a plus
