Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and safe operations of Pakistan sites with leading by example by fully adhering to Core values
- Management of Reception, Mail/Courier System, Pantry/Food services, Repair Maintenance of furniture and fixtures, Cleaning, Rental car service, Utilities management, Access Control systems, Stationary & Printing, Evacuation Plan, Crisis Management, Lock & key controls
- Prepare scopes of work for FM services, work with Sourcing to evaluate and select service providers, deliver safety training, coach FM contractors, work closely with the on-site FM contractors and follow up on performance during execution
- Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and procedures relating to SHE, Security or other policies controlled by FS&RE
- Car Fleet management, including registration, taxation, maintenance and insurance
- Track and monitor cost of all service providers & contractors, Ensure orders and invoices are processed timely
- Identify, plan and execute CAPEX and OPEX projects to effectively manage sites
- Act as FS&RE coordinator including regular purchasing activities, Process FS&RE orders and ensure payments are processed timely
- Act as replacement for Security Site Leader, Initiate local safety audits and manage audit findings
- Monitor waste management
- Manage conference facilities
