Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, with a passion for creating high-quality, scalable web applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Write clean, well-structured, and efficient code, following coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring smooth performance.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve engineering processes.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to the improvement of coding standards, development workflows, and team processes.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills by guiding and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer or similar role.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and frameworks like React JS.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, etc.
- Familiarity with database systems like My SQL, Mongo DB.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
