We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to lead our operations in Karachi, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, acting as a strategic partner to our Dubai office. This role requires a deep understanding of financial statements, startup operations, business analysis and effective team management.
Responsibilities
Financial Oversight: Develop and manage comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure accurate and timely reporting on financial performance.
Startup Operations: Leverage expertise in startup operations to drive growth and efficiency.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Reporting and Presentations: Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate business performance and strategic initiatives to the Dubai office.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor laws and regulations.
Team Building: Foster a positive and high-performing team culture through effective team-building activities and initiatives.
Startup Formation: Provide guidance and support in the formation of new startups or ventures.
Qualifications
Maximum age for this job is 32 years.
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferably from IBA)
Proven experience in managing teams of developers.
Strong understanding of financial statements and business metrics.
In-depth knowledge of startup operations and challenges.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong team-building and leadership abilities.
Familiarity with Pakistani labor laws and regulations.

Pay: Rs450,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
