Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into compelling designs across various mediums. From concept development to final execution, the Graphic Designer will collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality graphic assets that resonate with our audience and meet project objectives. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, including but not limited to social media graphics, website elements, marketing collateral, advertisements, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience demographics.
- Develop creative concepts, sketches, and mock-ups to present ideas and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Use industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) to create and manipulate graphics, illustrations, and layouts.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of visual assets.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify requirements, provide progress updates, and address feedback or revisions.
- Collaborate with printers, vendors, and other external partners to oversee the production and delivery of printed materials as needed.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative ideation processes to generate innovative solutions and concepts.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design software/tools.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and concepts clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new techniques, software, and technologies as needed.
- Prior experience in digital marketing, branding, or advertising is a plus.
- A passion for creativity, innovation, and problem-solving in design.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
