Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline ticketing procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Maintain electronic records efficiently, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
• Engage with customers using a convincing and pleasant communication style.
• Provide excellent customer service by being forthcoming, engaging, and proactive in addressing client needs.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Demonstrate honesty, good behavior, and a strong learning attitude.
• Utilize the Sabre ticketing system to manage bookings and optimize ticket sales.
• Assist clients with booking and managing their travel arrangements, including Umrah and Hajj packages.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of Umrah and Hajj package intricacies, including travel, boarding, lodging, hotel stays, visits to holy sites, ground transportation, and conflict resolution.
• Proactively follow up on leads to enhance productivity and increase sales of tickets and Umrah/Hajj packages.
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for refunds as per airline policies and rules
• Follow up on leads and actively contribute to increasing the sales of tickets and Umrah and Hajj packages.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in airline ticketing procedures and experienced in using the Sabre ticketing system.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for maintaining accurate electronic records.
• Familiarity with the unique needs of Pakistani and international clients, particularly those based in Canada.
• Knowledge of the full range of services associated with Umrah and Hajj packages, including travel logistics, accommodation, and customer support..
