The Infinity Group is a contracting service provider for the construction industry based in London. We provide subcontractors’ payroll, removing the risk of IR35 and employment law-related issues.
Our service handles invoicing, receiving payments from construction companies or agencies, processing their payments, and deductions of CIS tax and Umbrella Service.
The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment & HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of recruitment, HR processes, and subcontractors registration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Screen and interview candidates, assessing their qualifications and suitability for open positions.
• Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
• Manage the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.

2. HR Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Maintain employee records, including personnel files, timekeeping, and payroll.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.

3. Registration:

• Register new subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain subcontractor records and contracts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with talent acquisition strategies, performance management, and employee development programs is preferred.
